So, the computer seems to be holding up so far. Good thing because with the new shoes, new glasses, stuff for school, and clothes I need to buy I can't afford to rebuild it.
So, how is everyone? Yeah, I've been gone a while, and I expect that once school starts I might be really intermittent with the blog entries. But, then again, I might be so excited by the new stuff I'm learning that you guys might hear from more more than even I expect. That would be cool.
I can't say that I've been terribly busy so far and that's why I've been away. I have been somewhat busy, but what's kept me from ye olde blog was mostly video games. Yes, I've been geeking out something fierce. I'm guessing there's that part of me that knows I won't be able to do that much in the next six months so I'm getting it out of my system now. Although, I tell you that I'm dropping a couple of hobbies for a the next six months so that on weekends I can focus on others. The paper mache and video games will probably be about all I do. I have some projects that I need to complete with new projects that need to be completed before the fall, and honestly, the video games are so I can just veg out. Four days a week I will be leaving in the morning at seven in the morning and not returning home until eleven or eleven-thirty that night. I'm going to need some vegging time. Either way, the knitting and crochet will be put on hold. There's the needlepoint, but it's not due to be finished until October, and if it gets to be too much, I can pass it on to someone who can work on it more than I can. It'll all work out.
I hope everyone is doing well. I've got a lot of blog reading to catch up on, that's for sure. With the computer issues, I've barely turned my computer on for fear it would freak out again. Bleh.
Anyway, it'll all be okay, and maybe things will settle down once my new work/school routine starts in a few weeks.
Now, here's hoping I don't tell my boss to go shove something pointy into a very embarrassing place. Thank heavens she's retiring soon.
