Have recovered nicely, thanks.

While my head wasn't happy with me yesterday, the drunken stupor that was the cause for its unhappiness was much needed. I am alive , at work, and feeling fine. Well, except for this incredible desire to go back under the nice warm covers on this cold morning.

It was a good weekend. There was much hanging with friends, much video game playing, much drinking, and much deep sighs of relief that it's finally over. While my education will never truly end, it is nice to know that the terms have changed some and I can do things other than work and school. It feels weird to have a six moth routine suddenly go away, but I'm thinking I'll manage.

Now, I just need to find a place to practice...

The wait is the worst

I'm sitting here at my favorite cafe rewriting what I just lost because I hit the wrong button on my phone. Sometimes this is the price of being a techno geek learning a new shiny, beepy toy.

It was a rather nice reflection of what I'm feeling while I wait for my graduation to begin. But, what I think will happen is I will tell you about it laer because these are feelings that will take some time to fade, so the general tone won't change. Either way, I'm waiting for graduation and it's bittersweet and exciting and scary and just plain Wow.

This has been an amazing journey, and I wouldn't change it for the world.
So, yeah, I got this new phone.

My plan was to get a PDA phone to keep track of my future clients as I do hope that I'll have enough clients that I'll need a PDA phone to keep track of them. (Graduating Thursday!) I didn't plan to have unlimited internet, email, or texting. I didn't plan to have a bluetooth headset. But, then again, I didn't plan for the sales rep to lure me into his corner of consumeristic sin by whispering the words, "Your boyfriend can get you twenty-five percent off."

Yeah, this geek girl sqee'd and handed over her debit card and two years.

But, hey, now I have a phone that has internet. Now I have phone I'm blogging on, which is either really cool or seriously worriesome...possibly sad.

I choose to think of it as a public service. Look! I can type on a phone and actually use decent English! Wow! Imagine typing on the internet and spelling out your words! It can be done!

Of course this is moot point if blogger doesn't publish this or it turns into gibberish.

But, look! New toy! Sqee!

Almost...there...

I have 2.75 hours left to be technically finished with school.

I will reach that Monday.

I graduate on Thursday.

Right now, I'd like to take this moment to fall to ground and sob with happiness.

Although, I really should save that for after I have procurred my actual license. However, after six months of work, school, home, work, school, home, wash, rinse, repeat, and barely seeing Todd or my friends and rarely getting to do anything that wasn't school related, the license thing seems kind of easy.

Can I hear a Huzzah?

How will I celebrate?

Well, that weekend will be spent in various stages of drunken stupor to which everyone is invited to partake. After that, there will be mucho studying for the Federation exam. After the Federation exam, there will be much celebration, lots of video game playing, and a trip to Las Vegas for New Year's weekend.

It is a good plan. A Good Plan.

Let me hear that Huzzah again.

That's right.

Life is good.
